Amazing place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and free parking. The staff even helped with early check-in on my first visit, which I'll always remember. Highly recommend!

Everything was very good, perfect and enchanting hotel. The staff was excellent and efficient when needed. Superior room was wonderful. The breakfast was varied and large for the value! The favourable location was a couple of blocks away from Papaya Beach. Really enjoyed it during our very nice stay.

Location was top. There was a big parking lot.
Breakfast was extraordinary and rather unknown. Construction site in front of the hotel. The hotel is getting on in years. The pictures promise a new hotel.

The food was very good, very good location, swimming pool...
Although the room was supposed to be non-smoking, you could smell the cigarettes. The room could be cleaned up better.

Breakfast and dinner were ok in terms of quality and quantity. They always offer a delicious meal with very good taste and also very friendly staff.
It might be worth considering whether a small beverage supply, perhaps even a small bar, could be provided. The music at the pool was extremely loud.

I loved being there, the place is modern and enchanting.
It was fairly clean, breakfast was rich and large. The staff were all AMIABLE, amicable. Its location was central, 800 feet from Eilat Museum.

I enjoyed the pool and relatively easy access to the boardwalk (where the nice hotels are...roughly a 15-minute walk to the heart of it). The room was clean, and there was plenty of parking. It was also a nice touch that a hotel staffer came by to deliver cookies to each room (presumably in preparation for shabat) on Friday evening around dinner time.
The rooms do not have access to outside phone lines. I learned this the hard way because I needed to make a call and couldn'T...except one time I randomly got through for 12 seconds, and the hotel--after telling me that the rooms had no outside access--charged me seven cents for the miracle 12 seconds I had a connection. This is 2011. Come on. Get phones that work. I also found the staff marginally helpful during my phone fiasco and when I wanted help finding a tour to the Sinai (they didn't help me with either). The breakfast was average at best. I stayed in six Israeli hotels during the last six months, and this is the first one I wouldn't recommend.
